Shanghai International Energy Exchange has announced its Circular on Releasing the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors Rules and the Relevant Implementing Rules of Shanghai International Energy Exchange as follows:

After being approved by the board of directors of Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) and reported to China Securities Regulatory Commission, INE hereby releases the revised versions of its Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors Rules, Administration of Accounts Involving Actual Control Relationship Rules and Clearing Rules, which will come into effect as of the date of November 26,2021.

The Chinese versions of the above rules can be found on the Chinese Website. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
