Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Notice on the Approval of Four Companies including Qingdao Shihua Crude Oil Terminal Co., Ltd. to Renounce Their Qualification as Designated Delivery Storage Facility for INE Crude Oil and TSR 20 Futures

Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Notice on the Approval of Four Companies including Qingdao Shihua Crude Oil Terminal Co., Ltd. to Renounce Their Qualification as Designated Delivery Storage Facility for INE Crude Oil and TSR 20 Futures as follows:

The Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) has recently received letters from Qingdao Shihua Crude Oil Terminal Co., Ltd., Qingdao Haiye Mercuria Storage Co., Ltd., Qingdao Port International Logistics Co., Ltd., and LongKou HaiNa Warehousing Co., Ltd. Acting under the instruction of Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd., the parent company, the four companies renounced their qualification as Designated Delivery Storage Facility for INE crude oil futures and TSR 20 futures and transfer the qualification to Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. for its centralized management and operation. Pursuant to the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other relevant rules, INE hereby issues the following decisions:

1. INE approves the requests of Qingdao Shihua Crude Oil Terminal Co., Ltd., Qingdao Haiye Mercuria Storage Co., Ltd., Qingdao Port International Logistics Co., Ltd., and LongKou HaiNa Warehousing Co., Ltd. to renounce their qualification as Designated Delivery Storage Facility for INE crude oil futures and TSR 20 futures;

2. As of the date of this Notice, Qingdao Shihua Crude Oil Terminal Co., Ltd., Qingdao Haiye Mercuria Storage Co., Ltd., Qingdao Port International Logistics Co., Ltd., and LongKou HaiNa Warehousing Co., Ltd. will continue to operate as the storage sites of the Designated Delivery Storage Facility of Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd.;

3. The standard warrants issued by Qingdao Shihua Crude Oil Terminal Co., Ltd., Qingdao Haiye Mercuria Storage Co., Ltd., Qingdao Port International Logistics Co., Ltd., and LongKou HaiNa Warehousing Co., Ltd. before the date of this Notice remain valid; the rights and obligations under those standard warrants shall be succeeded to Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd.
