Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Notice on the Approval of Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. as Designated Delivery Storage Facility for INE Crude Oil and TSR 20 Futures

The Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) has recently received the application of Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. to be Designated Delivery Storage Facility for INE crude oil and TSR 20 futures, and concurrently the requests of four of its subordinate companies (Qingdao Shihua Crude Oil Terminal Co., Ltd., among others) to renounce their qualification as Designated Delivery Storage Facility for INE crude oil and TSR 20 futures. Pursuant to the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other relevant rules, INE hereby issues the following decisions:

1. INE approves Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. as a Designated Delivery Storage Facility for INE crude oil and TSR 20 futures;

2. As of the date of this Notice, INE approves the storage facility of Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. located at DongJiakou Depot Phase I, Qingdao, Shandong (Qingdao Shihua Crude Oil Terminal Co., Ltd.) as a storage site of Designated Delivery Storage Facility for INE crude oil futures, with an approved storage capacity of 400,000 cubic meters and an active capacity of 400,000 cubic meters;

INE approves the storage facility of Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. located at No. 88 Gangrun Avenue, Dong Jiakou Port, Huangdao District, Qingdao, Shandong (Qingdao Haiye Mercuria Storage Co., Ltd.) as a storage site of Designated Delivery Warehouse for INE crude oil futures, with an approved storage capacity of 1,000,000 cubic meters and an active capacity of 400,000 cubic meters;

INE approves the warehouses of Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. located at No. 18 (A), Weisi Road, Free Trade Port Area, Qingdao and at No. 572, Tongjiang Road, Free Trade Port Area, Qingdao (temporary) (Qingdao Port International Logistics Co., Ltd.) as storage sites of Designated Delivery Storage Facility for INE TSR 20 futures, with an approved storage capacity of 150,000 metric tons and an active capacity of 80,000 metric tons;

INE approves the warehouse of Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. located at Goutou Road, LongKou Economic Development Zone, Yantai, Shandong Province (LongKou HaiNa Warehousing Co., Ltd.) as a storage site of Designated Delivery Storage Facility for INE TSR 20 futures, with an approved storage capacity of 5,000 metric tons and an active capacity of 5,000 metric tons;

The relevant organizations shall exercise due care and make the necessary preparations to ensure normal and orderly delivery processes.
