Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Notice on Approving PetroChina Fuel Oil Co., Ltd. to Give Up the Qualification of Crude Oil Futures Depot of Ningbo Daxie Warehousing Branch as follows:

This is to acknowledge our receipt of the application of PetroChina Fuel Oil Co., Ltd. for giving up the qualification of crude oil futures depot of Ningbo Daxie Warehousing Branch. None of the futures commodities is currently in the depot.

In accordance with the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other applicable rules, we hereby issue the following response based on inspection and review results:

We approve the application of PetroChina Fuel Oil Co., Ltd. for giving up the qualification of crude oil futures depot of Ningbo Daxie Warehousing Branch.

As of the date of this notice, PetroChina Fuel Oil Co., Ltd. Ningbo Daxie Warehousing Branch will no longer conduct any businesses as the designated storage facilities for crude oil futures of Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
