INE has released its Announcement on Requesting Public Comments on Related Rules on Take-Delivery of Low Sulfur Fuel Oil Futures Overseas as follows:

In accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading, the Measures on the Administration of Futures Exchanges and other relevant laws and regulations, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”) plans to revise its Delivery Rules, and has drafted the Group Delivery Management Rules, and the Guidelines on Take-Delivery of Low Sulfur Fuel Oil Futures Overseas for public consultation.

Please send opinions and advice on the rules mentioned above to INE in written or email forms before November 23, 2020. Your feedback also indicates your consent to the use of your contact information and materials by the INE, which are only for the amendments to the rules described in this Announcement.
