On accepting PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel’s Report on Application for Cancelling NORILSK COMBINE H-1 Brand electrolytic nickel, and with respect to the Rules on Registration of Nonferrous Metals Products for Futures Delivery, the Exchange hereby notify the following with discretion:
I. We grant PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel the approval of cancellation on NORILSK COMBINE H-1 Brand electrolytic nickel being registered with the Exchange.
II. Since the date of March 17th, 2021, the above-mentioned products shall not be applicable to new warrant making against the Exchange’s nickel futures contract. The products which have been on warrant before this date are still valid for physical delivery until the owners cancel the warrants.
All members and designated warehouses shall make sufficient preparations and do well in risk prevention to ensure smooth operation on physical delivery of Nickel Contract.
