Shanghai International Energy Exchange（hereinafter referred to as “INE”）, the subsidiary of Shanghai Futures Exchange has released its circular on requesting public comments on the futures trading participant eligibility management rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other implementing rules.
In accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading, the Measures on the Administration of Futures Exchange and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the operation statutes of crude oil futures, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange has amended the Futures Trading Participant Eligibility Management Rules (for Public Consultation) and other implementing rules, and requests public comment on these rules in turn.
Please send opinions and advice on the rules mentioned above to the Shanghai International Energy Exchange in written or email forms before 15th April 2019.
