Announcement of Shanghai International Energy Exchange on Approval of INE Membership of Heilongjiang Era Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.

The Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE), upon deliberation at the INE board of directors meeting on January 10, 2018, and in accordance with the Membership Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and relevant provisions, hereby approves the INE membership of Heilongjiang Shidai Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.

The company concerned shall, within thirty (30) trading days following its receipt of this approval, enter into an agreement with INE and complete relevant procedures. Failure to do so within the above period will be deemed to have voluntarily given up its membership.
