This is an official response to your company’s Application for the Adjustment to the Approved Storage Capacity of CSMT Development Co., Ltd. Shanghai Lingang Branch and Application for the Adjustment to the Approved Storage Capacity of CMST Development Co., Ltd. Shanghai Wusong Branch, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, you’re hereby notified of the following:

I. Your Lingang Branch has been granted the permission to adjust the approved natural rubber storage capacity from 35,000 tons to 55,000 tons for the certified delivery warehouse located at No.418 and 585, Pingyu Road, Fengxian District, Shanghai.

II. Your Wusong Branch has been granted the permission to adjust the approved natural rubber storage capacity from 12,000 tons to 20,000 tons for the certified delivery warehouse located at No.2069, Baoyang Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai.

III. Since the date of issuance, your company shall conduct all business at the certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures as per the adjusted approved natural rubber storage capacity. Your company shall strictly abide by relevant regulations and strengthen the management to ensure the operation of the certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures be properly done in an orderly manner.
