This is an official response to your company’s application on adjustment to storage capacity of certified delivery warehouse and addition of storage venue for natural rubber futures, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is hereby notified of the following:

I. SINOTRANS Shanghai Seaport International Logistics Co., Ltd., a branch of your company, has been granted the permission to adjust the approved natural rubber storage capacity from 20,000 tons to 30,000 tons for the certified delivery warehouse located at No.778, Xinyang Highway, Fengxian District, Shanghai.

II. Shanghai Foreign Trade Storage & Transportation Jiefangdao Storing Co., Ltd., a branch of your company, has been granted the permission to add the warehouse area located at No. 988, Jiefangdao Road, Minhang District, Shanghai as the storage venue for the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures, with the approved natural rubber storage capacity of 20,000 tons.

III. Since the date of issuance, your company shall conduct all business at the certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures as per the adjusted approved natural rubber storage capacity. Your company shall strictly abide by relevant regulations and strengthen the management to ensure the operation of the certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures be properly done in an orderly manner.
