Subject: Notice on the 2nd and 3rd Term Training and Examination in 2017 for Settlement and Delivery Personnel of Shanghai International Energy Exchange

Shanghai International Energy Exchange (“INE”), a subsidary of Shanghai Futures Exchange, decides to host the 2^nd and 3^rd term training and examination for INE settlement and delivery personnel on June 21, 2017 and July 5, 2017 respectively, in a bid to help its members get familiar with and master the business rules of INE and ensure the normal operation of its members in the trading, settlement and delivery of crude oil futures as well.

The relevant matters and specific arrangements are hereby notified as follows:

Ⅰ.Training content and methods

This training course will mainly elaborate on the trading, settlement and delivery of crude oil futures through on-site lectures. The training course will be divided in two sessions, namely the morning session for lectures and the afternoon session for final examination. Attached is a copy of registration form that needs to be filled up (The term must be indicated) and forwarded to us through e-mail by our members. INE will make no specific arrangements in traffic, board and accommodation, the expenses of which should be borne by trainees.

Ⅱ. Training schedule

1．Time：The 2^nd term on June 21, 2017

     The 3^rd term on July 5, 2017（Any change is subject to notice issued on our website）

2．Location: International Conference Hall, 2F, Shanghai Futures

Tower, 500 Pudian Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai

3．Agenda：09:00-12:00  On-site lectures

        14:00-15:00  Final Examination

Ⅲ. Examination description

1.     Our final examination is a closed-book examination. Please don’t forget to bring your ID card and writing instruments for the examination.

2. Examination results query.

Examination results will be sent to you through e-mail 10 business days following the completion of the examination. Make sure your e-mail address is correct and your e-mail is duly checked. All information on qualified trainees will be input into the INE’s internal query system, and no training certificate will be issued individually.
