Announcement on Publishing Business Rules of Shanghai International Energy Exchange for Crude Oil Futures

Having been approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), INE, the subsidiary of Shanghai Futures Exchange has officially published the Articles of Association of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and the General Exchange Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.

Meanwhile, having reported to CSRC, INE also published its eleven (11) implementing rules, including the Trading Rules of Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Clearing Rules of Shanghai International Energy Exchange and so on.

For the next step, Shanghai Futures Exchange will proactively support INE in its preparations for the launching of crude oil futures, and try to launch the crude oil futures within this year.
