This is an official response to your company’s report on construction of new warehouse and adjustment to storage capacity, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is hereby notified of the following:

Ⅰ. Your branch in Lingang Shanghai has been granted the permission to add the warehouse area located at No. 418 Pingyu Road, Fengxian District, Shanghai as the storage venue for the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures.

ⅡSince the date of issuance, the approved storage capacity of your branch in Lingang Shanghai as the storage venue for the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures (namely two warehouse areas at No. 418 and 585 Pingyu Road) remains unchanged at 3,5000 tons. Your company shall ensure all businesses at the certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures be properly done in an orderly manner.
