This is an official response to your company’s Application for Modifications to Namplate of Lead Ingot, and with respect to the Rules on Registration of Nonferrous Metals Products for Futures Delivery, you’re hereby notified of the following:

I. Your company has been granted the permisson to modify the nameplate of “TONGGUAN” lead ingnot（PB99.994）.

Ⅱ. Other registration-related information on “TONGGUAN” lead ingnot（PB99.994） remains unchanged.

Ⅲ. Since the date of issuance, the above-mentioned “TONGGUAN” lead ingnot（PB99.994）shall be eligible for physical delivery against the Exchange’s lead futures contract specifications. The lead ingot with original nameplate is not allowed to be loaded into warehouses for generation of new standard warrants; the already generated standard warrants can still be used for physical delivery.
