This is an official response to your company’s Report on Application for Registration of Zinc Ingot, and with respect to the Rules on Registration of Nonferrous Metals Products for Futures Delivery, following our field inspection, sampling and assaying, you’re hereby notified of the following:

I. Your company has been granted the permisson to register with the Exchange the “Ibis” zinic ingot（ZN99.995）from your producing area at Longnan plant and dam with a capacity of 100,000 tons.

II. Your company has been granted the permission to add one ingot case specifications to the “Ibis” zinic ingot（ZN99.995）.  

Ⅲ. Your company has been granted the permission to change the per-piece weight of “Ibis” zinic ignot（ZN99.995） produced by your silver-producing area from 20~25 KG to 22 KG., and to modify the ignot case for zinc ingot from such area using ignot case 1.

Ⅳ. Since the date of issuance, the above-mentioned “Ibis” zinic ingot（ZN99.995） shall be eligible for physical delivery against the Exchange’s zinc futures contract specifications. The former zinc ingot from your silver-producing area using ignot case 1 is not allowed to be loaded into warehouses for generation of new standard warrants; the already generated standard warrants can still be used for physical delivery.
