This is an official response to your company’s Application for Qualification as the Exchange’s Certified Delivery Warehouse for Bitumen Futures, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is notified of the following:

Ⅰ. Your company has been approved as the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for bitumen futures, with an approved storage capacity of 25-thousand cube meters, and 9,000 cube meters available for use in the 1^st phase.

Ⅱ. Since the date of issuance, your company will become the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for bitumen futures, and from October 30, 2015, be allowed to conduct businesses relating to the load-in of bitumen and creation of standard warrants thereof. Your company shall conduct businesses at the certified delivery warehouse based on the approved storage capacity, and ensure such businesses be properly done in an orderly manner.
