This is an official response to your company’s Application for Modifications to Pieces Contained in the Packaging of XINXING Brand Hot-rolled Ribbed Bars for Reinforced Concrete, and with respect to the Rules on Registration of Steel Products for Futures Delivery, your company’s application for modifying pieces contained in the packaging of hot-rolled ribbed bars meets all requirements as prescribed by the Exchange. Given that, you’re hereby notified of the following:

We grant your company the permission to start using the pieces contained in new packaging as from November 11, 2015 (See the Appendix), while the pieces contained in existing packaging will cease to be applicable.
