This is an official response to your company’s Report on Application for Registration of the Norilsk Combine H-1 Brand electrolytic nickel, and with respect to the Rules on Registration of Nonferrous Metals Products for Futures Delivery, you’re hereby notified of the following:

I. We grant your company the approval of adding alternative packaging style to the Norilsk Combine H-1 Brand electrolytic nickel for physical delivery. Packaging Materials of this style is: Bundled up in good conditions with 3 horizontal straps and 2 vertical straps (1×30MM rust-resistant steel strap), plus 2 wooden pallets placed at the bottom of each bundle. Other registered information of Norilsk Combine H-1 Brand electrolytic nickel remains the same as before.

II. Since the date of issuance, the above-mentioned products shall be applicable to physical delivery against the Exchange’s nickel futures contract.
