This is an official response to your company’s Application for Giving up on Qualification as the Exchange’s Certified Delivery Warehouse for Natural Rubber Futures(HCWL〔2015〕No.007), and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures, your company is notified of the following:

Given your company’s actual condition and since the date of issuance, we approve your application for giving up on your qualification as the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures. Your company shall carry out follow-up work in strict accordance with the Agreement on SHFE Certified Delivery Warehouse.
