This is an official response to your company’s Application for Qualification as the Exchange’s Certified Delivery Warehouse for Natural Rubber Futures. According to this Application, Hainan SASAS (State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Commission) will transfer relevant assets under the name of Haikou Harbor Group to the newly established Hainan Harbor & Shipping Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hainan Harbor & Shipping Holding”) (QGZ〔2005〕No.39), at no cost, so as to carry out the decision by Hainan Provincial Government on restructuring of three major harbors in the Northern Hainan Island (QGZ〔2004〕No.187). In light of restructuring process requirements, currently assets under the name of Haikou Harbor Group such as port operating area, warehouse and land have already been transferred to Hainan Harbor & Shipping Holding, while business team and business personnel of the original certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures to Hainan Harbor & Shipping Logistics Service Co., Ltd., the wholly owned subsidiary of Hainan Harbor & Shipping Holding Co., Ltd.

In accordance with the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is notified of the following:

Ⅰ. The Exchange approves your company’s Haikou Xiuyin Port Warehouse located at 96 Binhai Avenue, Hankou, as the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse’s for natural rubber futures, with approved storage capacity of 18,000 tons.

Ⅱ. Since the date of issuance, your company shall conduct businesses at the certified delivery warehouse based on the approved storage capacity, and shall ensure the businesses at the certified delivery warehouse be properly done in an orderly manner.
