This is an official response to your company’s Application for Giving up on Qualification as the Exchange’s Certified Delivery Warehouse for Natural Rubber Futures. Given your company’s actual condition and since the date of issuance, we decide to terminate your qualification as the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures and suspend your company’s businesses relating to delivery and storage of natural rubber futures. Your company shall carry out follow-up work in strict accordance with the Agreement on SHFE Certified Delivery Warehouse.
