In accordance with the Hot Rolled Coil Contract Specifications of the Shanghai Futures Exchange and the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, the premium and discount rate for hot rolled coil futures is provided as belows:
The discount rate for delivery of hot rolled coil futures in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu province, is RMB 10 yuan per ton;
The discount rate for delivery of hot rolled coil futures Wuhan, Hubei province, is RMB 70 yuan per ton;
The adjustment to premium and discount rate is announced by the Exchange based on market conditions.
The abovementioned provisions come into force as from the day when each warehouse is allowed for creation of warrants.
