SUBJECT: Announcement for the Public Comment on Qualifications of Hainan Harbor & Shipping Logistics Service Co., Ltd. as the Certified Delivery Warehouse for Natural Rubber Futures

Since relevant assets under the name of Haikou Port Group Co., Ltd., the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures, have already been transferred to Hainan Harbor & Shipping Holding Co., Ltd. and the certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures of Haikou Port Group Co., Ltd. and relevant business team will be subject to unified management by Hainan Harbor & Shipping Logistics Service Co., Ltd., the wholly owned subsidiary of Hainan Harbor & Shipping Holding Co., Ltd., we will approve Hainan Harbor & Shipping Logistics Service Co., Ltd. as the certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, and should the said company become the the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures, we will also be approving the application by Haikou Port Group Co., Ltd. for giving up on its qualifcations as the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for natural rubber futures .

We hereby make this announcement for public comment. All members and major market participants may raise questions to the Shanghai Futures Exchange about the company’s qualifications, market integrity, business capabilities and so on, if any. The problems must be raised in good fatith, objectiveness and fairness.

The public comment period is seven business days as from April 2, 2015.
