This is an official response to your company’s Application for Qualifications as the Exchange’s Certified Delivery Warehouse for Copper and Aluminum Futures, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is notified of the following:

Ⅰ. The Exchange has approved your company’s warehouse located at 298 Yunhei Road, Zhonglou District, Changzhou, as the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for copper and aluminum futures, with an approved copper storage capacity of 20,000 tons and an approved aluminum storage capacity of 30,000 tons .

Ⅱ. Since the date of issuance, your company shall conduct businesses at the certified delivery warehouse based on the approved storage capacity, and shall ensure the businesses at the certified delivery warehouse are properly done in an orderly manner by strictly following applicable rules of the Exchange.
