This is an official response to your company’s Application for Qualification as the Exchange’s Certified Delivery Warehouse for Nickel Futures, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is notified of the following:

Ⅰ. The Exchange has approved your company’s warehouse located at 299 Pinghai Road, Zhenhai District, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, as the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for nickel futures, with an approved nickel storage capacity of 2,000 tons.

Ⅱ. Since the date of issuance, your company shall conduct businesses at the certified delivery warehouse based on the approved storage capacity, and shall ensure the businesses at the certified delivery warehouse are properly done in an orderly manner by strictly following applicable rules of the Exchange.
