This is an official response to your company’s Application for Qualifications as the Exchange’s Certified Delivery Warehouse for Nickel and Tin Futures, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is notified of the following:

Ⅰ. The Exchange has approved your company’s warehouse located at 137 Nanda Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai, as the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for nickel and tin futures with an approved nickel storage capacity of 10,000 tons and an approved tin storage capacity of 3,000 tons, as well as the other one located at 32-1 Chengnan Road, Wuxi New Area, with an approved nickel storage capacity of 4,000 tons and an approved tin storage capacity of 2,000 tons .

Ⅱ. Since the date of issuance, your company shall conduct businesses at the certified delivery warehouse based on the approved storage capacity, and shall ensure the businesses at the certified delivery warehouse are properly done in an orderly manner by strictly following applicable rules of the Exchange.
