In accordance with the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is notified as below:

I. Given the circumstances you are involved in, the approved storage capacity of your company's certified factory warehouse for bitumen futures is decreased from 20,000 tons to 10,000 tons, and its daily shipment quantity is decreased from 3,000 tons to 1,000 tons.

II. As from the issuance of this notice, your company shall conduct all delivery businesses at the certified factory warehouse with the new storage capacity in use, and ensure all businesses at the certified factory warehouse for bitumen futures are properly done in an orderly manner.
