Announcement on Trading Schedule during National Holidays for Year 2015

The following trading schedule during national holidays for year 2015 is hereby announced by Shanghai Futures Exchange, or the Exchange, pursuant to the Circular on Issues Concerning the Holiday Schedule for Year 2015 (ZJBF [2014] No.94) issued by the General Office of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, or the CSRC:
1. The New Year’s Day: The Exchange closes on holidays from Thursday, January 1, 2015 to Saturday, January 3, 2015. It closes on Sunday, January 4, 2015 (weekend) and opens as usual on Monday, January 5, 2015. There is no continuous trading on the Wednesday night of December 31, 2014.
2. The Spring Festival: The Exchange closes on holidays from Wednesday, February 18, 2015 to Tuesday, February 24, 2015, and opens as usual on Wednesday, February 25, 2015. It closes on Sunday, February 15, 2015 and Saturday, February 28, 2015 (weekend). There is no continuous trading on the Tuesday night of February 17, 2015.
3. The Tomb-sweeping Day: The Exchange closes on holidays from Sunday, April 5, 2015 to Monday, April 6, 2015, and opens as usual on Tuesday, April 7, 2015. There is no continuous trading on the Friday night of April 3, 2015.
4. The Labor Day: The Exchange closes on Friday, May 1, 2015 (holiday), and opens as usual on Monday, May 4, 2015. There is no continuous trading on the Thursday night of April 30, 2015.
5. The Dragon Boat Festival: The Exchange closes on holidays from Saturday, June 20, 2015 to Monday, June 22, 2015, and opens as usual on Tuesday, June 23, 2015. There is no continuous trading on the Friday night of June 19, 2015.
6. The Mid-autumn Festival: The Exchange closes on Sunday, September 27, 2015 (holiday), and opens as usual on Monday, September 28, 2015. There is no continuous trading on the Friday night of September 25, 2015.
7. The National Day: The Exchange closes on holidays from Thursday, October 1, 2015 to Wednesday, October 7, 2015, and opens as usual on Thursday, October 8, 2015. It closes on Saturday, October 10, 2015 (weekend). There is no continuous trading on the Wednesday night of September 30, 2015.
All members and investors shall make corresponding arrangements as per this Schedule and carry out effective measures for risk management.
