Given that such modification has been approved by Guangzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce and the rights and obligations of the company before the change will be taken over by the new company, Guangzhou Nansha Zhenrong Storage Co., Ltd., with respect to the Certified Delivery Depot Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange (Trial), we grant you the permission to change the name of your delivery depot registered with the Exchange from Southern Petrochemical Storage (Guangzhou Nansha) Co., Ltd. into Guangzhou Nansha Zhenrong Storage Co., Ltd. You shall act in strict accordance with relevant regulations of the Exchange and ensure smooth business operation of the delivery depot.
