Your company’s Application for Conversion of SINO-AGRI Shanghai’s Certified Mill Factory for Steel Rebar and Wire Rod into Backup Warehouse has been duly received, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, you’re hereby notified of the following:

Ⅰ. Based on you actual conditions, your company has been granted the approval to convert the Exchange’s certified mill factory into the Exchange’s backup delivery warehouse for steel rebars and wire rods;

Ⅱ. As from the issuance of this document, your company’s qualifications as the Exchange’s certified mill factory for steel rebar and wire rod has been removed. As a result, your company shall stop doing storage business related to futures delivery, and will be changed as the Exchange’s backup delivery warehouse for steel rebars and wire rods. Your company shall conduct the follow-up works in strict accordance with the Agreement on Certified Delivery Warehouses of the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
