This is an official response to your company’s Application for Modifications to the Registered Trademarks and the Nameplates of Steel Rebar and Wire Rod, and with respect to Amendments to the Rules on Registration of Steel Products for Futures Delivery, we approve your application for modifications to the registered trademarks and the nameplates of your company’s hot-rolled ribbed bars and hot-rolled plain bars.
Your company has been granted the permission to start using the new registered trademarks and nameplates of your products (see the Appendix) as from June 15, 2014, while the existing registered trademarks and nameplates of the products will cease to be applicable.
