This is an official response to your company’s application, as titled the Shanghai Railway Minhang’s Application for Giving up the Qualifications as the SHFE Certified Delivery Warehouse for Steel Rebar and Wire Rod Futures, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is hereby notified of the following:

Ⅰ. In consideration of your company’s actual conditions, the Exchange has approved your application for cancelling your qualifications as the SHFE certified delivery warehouse for steel rebar and wire rod.

Ⅱ. Since the date of issuance, your company has been removed from the certified delivery warehouses for steel rebar and wire rod futures, and shall do the follow-up work in strict accordance with the Agreement on SHFE Certified Delivery Warehouse.
