In accordance with the Rules on Registration of Non-ferrous Metals for Futures Delivery, your company’s "Qinxin" Brand zinc ingot complies with all requirements as prescribed in the Exchange’s zinc futures contract specifications after our review. Given your company's actual production and operation conditions and upon our consideration, your company is hereby notified of the following:

I. Your company has been granted the approval to change the registered producer name from the “Shangluo Zinc Smelting Plant of Shaanxi Zinc Industry Co., Ltd.” formerly registered with the Exchange to the “Shaanxi Zinc Industry Co., Ltd.”.

II. Other registration information on "Qinxin" Brand zinc ingot will remain unchanged.
