APPROVAL OF THE COMPANY’S APPLICATION FOR INCREASE IN STORAGE CAPACITY

We have received your Application for Enabling the Storage Capacity for Phase Ⅱ Delivery Warehouse. In accordance with the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is notified as below:

Ⅰ. Your company's certified delivery warehouse for bitumen futures is allowed to increase the storage capacity by 20,400 cubic meters. Since the date of approval, the approved storage capacity of your company will be changed from the original 14,400 cubic meters to 34,800 cubic meters.

Ⅱ. Since the date of issuance, your company shall conduct all delivery businesses at the certified delivery warehouse under the new storage structure as abovementioned, and ensure all businesses at the certified delivery warehouse are properly done in an orderly manner by strictly observing pertinent regulations and strengthening the management.
