NOTIFICATION ON APPROVAL OF THE COMPANY’S QUALIFICATIONS AS SHFE CERTIFIED DELIVERY WAREHOUSE FOR HOT-ROLLED COIL FUTURES

SUBJECT: Notification on Approval of the Company’s Qualifications as SHFE Certified Delivery Warehouse for Hot-rolled Coil Futures

This is the official response to your company’s Application for Qualifications as SHFE Certified Delivery Warehouse for Hot-rolled Coil Futures, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is notified as below:

I. The Exchange has approved the application by your company’s warehouse located at North of Xushuguan, Gaoxin District, Suzhou, for qualifications as the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for hot-rolled coil futures. The approved hot-rolled coil storage capacity is 60,000 tons (45,000 tons in use in phase one).

II. Effective on the date of issuing this document, your company becomes the certified hot-rolled coil delivery warehouse of the Exchange and is allowed to undertake standard hot-rolled coil warrant generation business as from May 30, 2014. Your company shall conduct businesses at the certified delivery warehouse based on the approved storage capacity in use, and shall ensure the businesses at the certified delivery warehouse are properly done in an orderly manner by strictly following relevant rules and regulations.
