ANNOUNCEMENT ON HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR YEAR 2014

December 24th, 2013

The following holiday schedule for year 2014 is hereby announced by the Shanghai Futures Exchange, or the Exchange, pursuant to the Circular on Issues Concerning the Holiday Schedule for Year 2014 (ZJBF [2011] No.103) issued by the General Office of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, or the CSRC:

1. The New Year’s Day: The Exchange closes on Wednesday, January 1st, 2014 and opens as usual on Thursday, January 2nd, 2014. The continuous trading will be closed on the Tuesday night of December 31st, 2013.

2. The Spring Festival: The Exchange closes on holidays from Friday, January 31st, 2014 to Thursday, February 6th, 2014, and opens as usual on Friday, February 7th, 2014. It closes on Sunday, January 26th, 2014 and Saturday, February 8th, 2014 (weekend). The continuous trading will be closed on the Thursday night of January 30th, 2014.

3. The Tomb-sweeping Day: The Exchange closes on holidays from Saturday, April 5th, 2014 to Monday, April 7th, 2014, and opens as usual on Tuesday, April 8th, 2014. The continuous trading will be closed on the Friday night of April 4th, 2014.

4. The Labor Day: The Exchange closes on holidays from Thursday, May 1st, 2014 to Saturday, May 3rd, 2013. It closes on Sunday, May 4th, 2014 (weekend), and opens as usual on Monday, May 5th, 2014. The continuous trading will be closed on the Wednesday night of April 30th, 2014.

5. The Dragon Boat Festival: The Exchange closes on holidays from Saturday, May 31st, 2014 to Monday, June 2nd, 2014, and opens as usual on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2014. The continuous trading will be closed on the Friday night of May 30th, 2014.

6. The Mid-autumn Festival: The Exchange closes on holidays from Saturday, September 6th, 2014 to Monday, September 8th, 2014, and opens as usual on Tuesday, September 9th, 2014. The continuous trading will be closed on the Friday night of September 5th, 2014.

7. The National Day: The Exchange closes on holidays from Wednesday, October 1st, 2014 to Tuesday, October 7th, 2014, and opens as usual on Wednesday, October 8th, 2014. It closes on Sunday, September 28th, 2014 and Saturday, October 11th, 2014 (weekend). The continuous trading will be closed on the Tuesday night of September 30th, 2014.

All members and investors shall make corresponding arrangements as per this Schedule and implement effective measures for risk management.
