This is the official response to your company’s Application for Addition of Copper Capacity for Physical Delivery at Minhang Warehouse, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Regulations of Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is notified as below:

Ⅰ. The Exchange has approved the application by your company’s warehouse located at 2222, Jianchuan Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, for qualifications as the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for copper futures. The originally approved storage capacity for aluminum at 20,000 tons and zinc at 20,000 tons have been changed as 20,000 tons of aluminum (or 60,000 tons of copper) and 20,000 tons of zinc.

Ⅱ. Effective on the date of issuing this document, your company shall conduct businesses at the certified delivery warehouse based on the approved storage capacity, and shall ensure the businesses at the certified delivery warehouse are properly done in an orderly manner by strictly following relevant rules and regulations and strengthening the management.
