It is decided upon consideration that following rules have been made on the premiums and discounts for regions of steel rebar futures delivery pursuant to the Steel Rebar Contract Specifications of the Shanghai Futures Exchange and the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange.

1. There is no premium and discount for steel rebar delivery in Guangzhou;

2. Steel rebar is delivered with a discount of 70 Yuan/ton in Xuzhou;

3. The above rules will come into force since RB1501.
