This is the official response to your company’s application as titled the Application by Jiangsu Jinju Logistics Investment Co., Ltd. for Qualifications as SHFE Certified Delivery Warehouse for Steel Rebar Futures, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is notified as below:

Ⅰ. The Exchange has approved the application by your company’s warehouse located at 1 Sanhuan North Raod, Gulou District, Xuzhou for qualifications as the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouse for steel rebar futures. The approved steel rebar storage capacity is 60,000 tons.

Ⅱ. Since the date of issuing this document, your company will become one of the Exchange’s certified delivery warehouses for steel rebar futures, and will be allowed to accept businesses in connection with the load-in of steel rebar and creation of standard warrant since September 22, 2014. Your company shall conduct businesses at the certified delivery warehouse based on the approved storage capacity, and shall ensure the businesses at the certified delivery warehouse are properly done in an orderly manner by strictly following applicable rules of the Exchange.
