This is the official response to your company’s application, as titled the Application for Cancellation of Qualifications as SHFE Certified Delivery Warehouse for Steel Rebar and Wire Rod Futures (ZWL (2013) No. 32), and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Regulations of Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company is notified as below:

Ⅰ. In consideration of your company’s actual conditions, the Exchange has approved your company’s application for cancellation of qualifications as SHFE certified delivery warehouse for steel rebar and wire rod futures.

Ⅱ. Since the date of issuing this document, your company has been removed from the qualifications as the certified delivery warehouse for steel rebar and wire rod futures, and shall do the follow-up work in strict accordance with the Agreement on SHFE Certified Delivery Warehouse.
