With Respect to the Rules on Registration of Bitumen for Futures Delivery, the following Bitumen brands produced by the following companies are approved to register with the Exchange: “Kunlun” Bitumen by 4 producers subordinate to PetroChina Fuel Oil Company Limited; “CNOOC36-1” Bitumen by 7 producers subordinate to CNOOC Oil &Gas Development & Utilization Co., Ltd.; “Hongrun” Bitumen by Sinochem Hongrun Petrochemical Co., Ltd.; “Jinye” petroleum Bitumen by Jinhai Hongye (Zhenjiang) Petrochemical Co., Ltd.; “Jinshi” Bitumen by Shandong Jinshi Asphalt Co., Ltd.; “TIPCO” Bitumen by Kemaman Bitumen Company Sdn. Bhd. Subordinate to TIPCO Asphalt Public Company Limited; and the No.70 Grade A Road Petroleum Bitumen by SK Energy Ulsan Complex subordinate to SK Energy Co. Ltd.

Specifications: Technical standards as specified in the Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements releasedby the State Department of Transportation.

Since the date of issuing this document, the abovementioned products can be applied to the performance of delivery against the Exchange’s standard Bitumen futures contract. The adjustment to registration of Bitumen products for futures delivery and the rates of premium and discount will be made by the Exchange in due course by issuance of separate notices.
