This is an official response to your company’s application, as titled the Application by Shandong Jinshi Asphalts Co., Ltd. for the Qualification as the SHFE Certified Factory Warehouse for Bitumen Futures, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of Shanghai Futures Exchange, your company has been granted the approval as below:

Ⅰ. Your company has been granted the permission to serve as the Exchange’s certified factory warehouse for bitumen futures with an approved storage capacity of 20,000 tons and a daily shipment of 3,000 tons.

Ⅱ. Since the date of issuing this document, your company will serve as the Exchange’s certified factory warehouse for bitumen futures, and will be allowed to accept businesses relating to generation of standard bitumen warrant as of December 31, 2013. Your company shall conduct the businesses at the certified bitumen factory warehouse in strict accordance with the approved storage capacity, and ensure the businesses at the certified bitumen factory warehouse are properly conducted in an orderly manner by strictly following relevant regulations and strengthening the management.
