Since the date of the issuance of this Approval, the No. 70 Grade A Road Bitumen by China Offshore Bitumen Co., Ltd., China Offshore Bitumen (Taizhou) Co., Ltd., CNOOC Gas & Power (Taizhou) Petrochemical Co., Ltd., China Offshore Bitumen (Sichuan) Co., Ltd., China Offshore Bitumen (Yingkou) Co., Ltd., CNOOC (Qingdao) Heavy Oil Processing Technology Research Center Co., Ltd., and CNOOC Zhenjiang Fuel Oil Co., Ltd. shall be applicable to physical delivery on the Exchange’s bitumen contract. The product specifications are as below:
