This is an official response to your company’s Application for Registration of “Kunlun” No.70 Grade A Road Bitumen, and pursuant to the Rules on Registration of Bitumen for Futures Delivery, we approve of your application for the registration of “Kunlun” No. 70 Grade A Road Bitumen that have already met all requirements as prescribed in the Exchange’s Bitumen Contract Specifications.

Ⅱ. Since the date of the issuance of this Approval, the No. 70 Grade A Road Bitumen by Foshan Gaofu CNPC Bitumen Fuel Co., Ltd., Qinhuangdao CNPC Bitumen Fuel Co., Ltd., CNPC Jiangsu Bitumen Fuel Co., Ltd., and Wenzhou CNPC Bitumen Fuel Co., Ltd. shall be applicable to physical delivery on the Exchange’s bitumen contract. The product specifications are as below:
