This is an official response to your application for the Exchange’s certified factory warehouse for delivery of bitumen futures, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, we approve of your company as the Exchange’s certified factory warehouse for delivery of bitumen futures, with an approved storage capacity of 10,000 tons and daily shipment of 2,000 tons.

Since the date of this document’s issuance, your company shall be the Exchange’s certified factory warehouse for delivery of bitumen futures and shall start creation of standard warehouse receipt for bitumen starting from December 1, 2013. You shall operate physical bitumen factory business under the new storage structure as abovementioned.
