This is an official response to your application for the Exchange’s certified factory warehouse for delivery of bitumen futures, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, we approve of your company as the Exchange’s backup factory warehouse for delivery of bitumen futures. Since the date of this document’s issuance, your company shall fulfill the management and preparations for operation of the backup factory warehouse in accordance with the Agreement on Certified Backup Warehouse of Shanghai Futures Exchange entered into between your company and the Exchange.
