This is an official response to your company’s Application for Registration of “TIPCO” No. 70 Grade A Road Bitumen, and pursuant to the Rules on Registration of Bitumen for Futures Delivery, we approve of your application for the registration of “TIPCO” No. 70 Grade A Road Bitumen that have already met all requirements as prescribed in the Exchange’s Bitumen Contract Specifications.

Ⅰ. Your company has been granted the approval to register the “TIPCO” No. 70 Grade A Road Bitumen with the Exchange.

Ⅱ. Since the date of the issuance of this Approval, the No. 70 Grade A Road Bitumen by the Kemaman Bitumen Company Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysian KBC Plant) shall be applicable to physical delivery on the Exchange’s bitumen contract. The product specifications are as below:

Producer: Kemaman Bitumen Company Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysian KBC Plant)

Specifications: Technical standards as specified in the Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements released by the State Department of Transportation.
