This is an official response to your company’s Letter of Changing Subject of Oil Delivery Depot Agreement, and with respect to the Rules of Shanghai Futures Exchange on the certified Oil Delivery Depots (Trial), we approve your application for changing the registered name of oil delivery depot to Southernpec Warehousing (Guangzhou Nansha) Co., Ltd. from Guangzhou Nansha Titan Petrochemical Development Co., Ltd. in view that your company’s name change has been approved by the Administration of Industry and Commerce of Guangzhou Municipality and the former company’s rights and obligations have been undertaken by the new company.
