This is an official response to your company’s application , as titled the Report on Adjustment to the Oil Product Type Stored in Bailian’s Certified Fuel Oil Depot, and with respect to the Rules of Shanghai Futures Exchange on the Certified Oil Depots ( Trial), we approve of the following:

Ⅰ. Your company has been approved of the storage capacity of 10,000 cubic metres, the Storage Capacity.

Ⅱ. As of this documents’ issuance, your company shall conduct the business physical delivery pursuant to the Storage Capacity and ensure such businesses in compliance with the laws and regulations in the People’s Republic of China and the rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange’s.
