This is an official reply to your application for change of company name and increase of registered capacity of “RUGU” unalloyed aluminum ingot for re-melting, as titled the Application for Change of Company Name and Increase of Registered Capacity, and relevant documents. With respect to the Regulations of Shanghai Futures Exchange on Registration of Nonferrous Metals for Futures Delivery, we approve of the registration of “RUGU” aluminum ingot for re-melting (AL99.70) upon field inspection and sampling analysis result.

Your company was granted the permission to change the name of Henan Shenhuo Aluminum & Electric Co., Ltd. formerly registered with the Exchange into Henan Shenhuo Coal & Electric Co., Ltd.

Registered capacity of “RUGU” unalloyed aluminum ingot for re-melting (AL99.70) is approved to increase to 200,000 tons from the former 60,000 tons; its specifications are allowed to be changed from the original about 740*180*88mm, 20kg/piece, 54 pieces/bundle, and 23 bundles/hand to about 750*174*76mm, 20kg/piece, 54 pieces/bundle, and 23 bundles/hand.

Since the date of this document’s issuance, the product abovementioned will be qualified for the physical delivery against the Exchange’s aluminum contract. Product specification is as below:
